Kagså Kollegiet is home to 308 rental units, beautifully located in a large open area that gently slopes down towards Kagsåen. This location provides an opportunity to create natural level differences between the various housing blocks, resulting in small and cozy boundaries between them. Although the individual blocks have their own small areas, most of the college's green spaces are freely available for all residents.

All housing units at the college are unfurnished and located in Gladsaxe. The college offers different types of apartments, where 2-room apartments can accommodate couples without children or singles with one child, while 3-room apartments are designed for couples or singles with children. The maximum number of residents in an apartment is three people, which can consist of either two adults and one child or one adult and two children. It is a requirement that there must be children living in the unit.

To be able to apply for a 3-room apartment, certain conditions must be met: the household must include at least one child, an adult with two children must contact KKIK for registration, or two adults with a child on the way must also reach out to KKIK. It is important to note that the household can consist of a maximum of three people, which also includes any potential pregnancy.

Only internal applicants can apply for the inspector's apartment, and this is done after direct contact with KKIK. When it comes to pets, a medium-sized dog is allowed according to the guidelines at www.dkk.dk/race, as well as cats. However, pets are not allowed in the common blocks, where residents share a kitchen.

Upon moving into the college, there is a setup fee for internet via Bolignet, which is charged upon moving in. A unique detail about the college is that renovations are carried out at the beginning of the rental period. This means that if, for example, you receive a contract from the 1st of the month, the rental unit will only be renovated from that date. Although it may take up to 14 days during which you cannot move in, you pay rent from the 1st. In return, you can stay until the last day of your notice period, as the new tenant takes over the rental unit and payment during the renovation period.
