In the heart of Copenhagen, 80 attractive apartments are offered, located just a few minutes' walk from the University of Copenhagen, the beautiful Ørstedsparken, and the city's iconic lakes. These homes are ideal for students as they are unfurnished, allowing for complete customization according to personal taste. Please note that electricity consumption is billed directly with the electricity company. It is also possible to apply for housing support for all types of housing in this department.
To be eligible to apply for housing here, you must have at least one year of study left from the desired move-in date. It is important to note that the housing is reserved for young people, and therefore, children are not allowed to live in these youth housing units. The dormitory is ideally located right next to Vesterport train station, making transportation in and around the city extremely convenient.
When it comes to waiting time, you can expect a waiting list period of about 2½ to 3 years. It is important to be aware that at the start of the rental period, there will be a renovation of the apartment. This means that even though the lease starts from the 1st of a month, the renovation can take up to 14 days before moving in is possible. However, rent is paid from the 1st of the month.
