From here, there is easy access to buses that take you directly to both Aalborg's vibrant center and Aalborg University. The dormitory offers two floors with a total of 107 rooms and 4 apartments, distributed over 8 corridors. In addition, there is a caretaker's apartment that includes a two-room apartment as well as three rooms with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Each room has its own entrance facing a shared corridor, and each group of 11-14 rooms shares a large communal kitchen. New residents are expected to actively participate in the social life and contribute to the community.

Among the popular social activities are the monthly Friday bars, the annual Tour De Cuisine for the entire dormitory, Tour de Chambre with your own corridor, and Tour de Kollegie, which is coordinated with three nearby dormitories.
