Elleparken now offers a unique opportunity to sign up for multi-room apartments, even if you are applying alone. Although anyone can apply, applicants with children or a co-applicant will be prioritized. This housing department, located in the charming Valby, was built in 1948 and is strategically situated at the corner of Gl. Køge Landevej and Folehaven.
The apartments have a range of attractive facilities. On the first and second floors, you will find apartments with balconies, while the ground floor apartments have private gardens. The property also has common rooms, spacious courtyards, green areas, and a playground, making it an ideal choice for families. There are three laundries in the basement level as well as a residents' room. For those with cars, there are parking options in Bekkersgård Vænge or in carports. Additionally, there is a nearby commercial area with grocery stores.
The apartments in Elleparken are not newly renovated upon move-in, but any neglect has been addressed.
