Havslunde has a lovely community house at Havslunde 13, which residents can rent for special occasions. For the youth housing, there is a laundry facility located between Egelund 27 and 28, where payment is easily made via card, and costs are charged along with the rent.

The youth housing in Havslunde is reserved for young people in education, and the 1-room apartments can only be occupied by one person. Please note that children and pets are not allowed in the apartments. However, it is possible to apply for housing benefit, and costs for water, heating, and electricity are paid in advance in addition to the rent.

It is important to be registered with the Housing Association Sjælland with a CPR number if you are assigned a home in Havslunde. Registration is free, and if you are already registered, you can easily update your information. If two people are assigned a home together, both parties must be registered with the housing association.
