Modern Student Housing in Trekroner
In the vibrant student district of Trekroner, just a stone's throw from Roskilde University, you will find 81 modern student apartments. The housing department consists of three newly built buildings with 46 apartments, as well as two older buildings that have been converted from offices to 35 modern apartments. The buildings vary in height from two to three stories and feature a shared rooftop terrace that serves as a social gathering point.
The student apartments, which range in size from 36 to 50 square meters in gross area, cater to individuals, couples, and co-living communities. The actual interior area, also known as the net area, ranges from 30 to 47 square meters, as shown in the floor plans.
All apartments are equipped with their own bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is of high quality, designed with modules from HTH and plywood elements, and includes a stove, extractor hood, and a compact refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Between the buildings, there is an open courtyard with green oases where both residents and other students from the area can relax. Additionally, there are plans to establish a cozy café area that will be a perfect place to meet friends or immerse oneself in studies with a cup of coffee in hand.
The apartments are ideally located within a short distance to Trekroner station, from where several buses run, as well as RUC. The central location, close to cafes, shopping options, and the university, allows for an optimal youth and student life.
When it comes to utilities, payment for electricity, water, and heating is made in advance via the rent, and a separate account is made for each item annually. Internet is prepared by TDC, but residents must choose a provider themselves. There are no antenna or telephone outlets in the apartment.
