Welcome to Korallen – your new home in Trekroner

Korallen is a modern student residence building, constructed in 2007 by RUC, and is strategically located in the eastern part of the Trekroner area, just a few minutes' walk from the university. The residence spans three floors and contains a total of 107 apartments, some of which are reserved for international exchange students from RUC.

All apartments in Korallen are equipped with their own large bathroom and toilet as well as a practical kitchenette. Out of the 107 apartments, 101 are designed as studio apartments with a net area of approximately 15 m2. The remaining six apartments are larger and adapted for residents with mobility impairments.

On each floor, there are large, bright communal kitchens equipped with extra refrigerators and ovens, inviting social interaction with other residents. There are also washing machines and dryers, and from each communal kitchen, there is access to a large balcony.

The outdoor area is designed as a communal garden, consisting of green lawns with tables and benches, paved areas, and a parking lot. All rooms are equipped with high-speed internet access, which is included in the rent.

Near Trekroner Station, you will find shopping options and a number of cafes, so you have everything within reach. From the residence, it is only a two-minute walk to RUC, about a three-minute bike ride to Trekroner Station, where you can take the train to Copenhagen in just 25 minutes, and around 20 minutes to both Roskilde Cathedral School and Roskilde Technical School and Business School.

For your convenience, both water and heating are included in the rent, while electricity is paid directly to the supplier. Contracts are sent electronically, so remember to check your spam folder regularly to avoid missing important emails.
