Eriksgård Kollegiet in Roskilde offers a unique opportunity for students seeking a centrally located home with a waiting time of up to 6 months. The Kollegium, located less than a kilometer south of Roskilde Station, is surrounded by lush green areas, creating a peaceful atmosphere despite the central location.

The Kollegium consists of 97 rooms, of which 20 are designed to be shared by two residents who share a bathroom/toilet and kitchen. These rooms are marked with A and B after the address, while the other accommodations have their own facilities. There are also two apartments designed to meet the needs of people with mobility impairments, featuring wide hallways and spacious bathrooms.

Residents can choose from different types of housing: 1-room apartments, both with and without a loft, and a 2-room apartment. There is also a wheelchair-accessible 1-room apartment with specially designed bathroom and toilet. The entire Kollegium is built on two floors and includes common areas for social events as well as a laundry room.

The transport options from the Kollegium are extremely convenient. It takes only five minutes by bike to reach Roskilde Station and the city center, while Roskilde University, Katedralskole, and Technical School are within 15 to 20 minutes by bike.

Pets are allowed, with each apartment permitted to have one dog or cat. In shared apartments, agreement among residents is required regarding pet ownership. Children are also welcome, and there is the possibility to apply for housing benefits for apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom.
