The apartments are built as townhouses, and some have apartments on the 1st floor. The ground floor apartments have direct access to the green areas, while the apartments on the 1st floor are equipped with a French balcony.

At Astersvej 19, there is a common room with space for 20 people, which is ideal for social activities. Additionally, there is a communal laundry in the basement at number 19, which operates cashless using a laundry card. Laundry expenses are automatically charged along with the rent.

The distances to local facilities are very manageable: There are only 250 meters to the nearest bus stop, 500 meters to a grocery store, 750 meters to Roskilde Technical School, 800 meters to Roskilde Business School, and 1500 meters to Roskilde Cathedral School. If one prefers to take the train, it is just a 15-minute bike ride to Roskilde Station.

The rent includes antenna fees, while heating and electricity are settled on account with the housing association. Water consumption is included in the rent. It is important to be registered with Boligselskabet Sjælland with one's CPR number when being assigned an apartment here.
