Modern Student Housing in Scenic Surroundings
Welcome to our newly built townhouse-like student housing, where we can accommodate 50 residents. Here you will find 20 one-bedroom apartments, 5 one-and-a-half-bedroom apartments, and 10 two-bedroom apartments. All homes are equipped with their own kitchen and bathroom as well as a network connection with internet access. Please note that it is a smoke-free environment, and an antenna with the basic package from YouSee has been installed.
The heating consumption is billed individually, allowing residents to have control over their own expenses. The apartments vary in size from 23.5 m2 to 47 m2, so there is room for different needs.
The housing is located in a scenic area, where the communal facilities include a barbecue area and a volleyball court, which are popular gathering spots in the summer months. There is also a common room where we organize game and quiz nights as well as about two college parties each semester. This room can also be rented for private events.
To make everyday life easier, we offer shared laundry facilities for the convenience of residents. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes by bike from both Bilka and Rosengårdscenteret, making it easy to shop and access various amenities.
