Since the summer of 2020, PFA Kollegiet in Aalborg has been ready to welcome 220 students. The college focuses on creating a strong community and has a unique location close to the water. This is reflected in the large communal kitchens, the spacious party hall, inspiring study rooms, and impressive rooftop terraces.

The college offers 1-room apartments that vary in size from 37 m2 to 54 m2 gross. Without the common areas, this corresponds to a net size of between 15 m2 and 31 m2.

There are seven different types of housing to choose from, each marked with a letter after the room number. Housing types A, B, and C have a rent of 3,334 DKK, while types D, E, and F cost 2,605 DKK. Housing type H is specially designed to be wheelchair accessible and costs 3,647 DKK. If the apartment has a small 'a' after the letter, it means that it includes a private balcony, which incurs an additional cost of 208 DKK.

In addition to the rent, there is a fixed monthly payment of 99 DKK for internet and 25 DKK for the student association. Additionally, 300 DKK must be paid for water and heating, while electricity is settled directly with the electricity company. Please note that a deposit equivalent to three months' rent is also required.
