Sct. Jørgens Kollegium is a modern building from 1997 with two floors and a total capacity of 150 residences. Here you will find both 1-room and 2-room apartments, all equipped with their own kitchenette as well as a bathroom and toilet. For those looking for a 1-room residence, a short waiting time can be expected, while the waiting time for multi-room apartments is typically up to six months.

If you live alone, you are welcome to sign up for a 2-room apartment, but be aware that applicants with a co-applicant or child will be prioritized first. Outside, you can enjoy a barbecue area in the garden, and in the community house, which is centrally located in the development, there is a party hall with an adjoining kitchen. The party hall is a popular setting for many activities, from football evenings to stand-up shows.

Located just a five-minute walk from UCSJ - Campus Næstved, the college is perfect for students who wish to study to become an occupational or physiotherapist. Additionally, it is only a 10-minute bike ride to both Næstved Station and Næstved Gymnasium and HF, while Næstved Business School is 7 km away.

The college offers the possibility to apply for pet ownership, including a dog or cat, by contacting the administration. Children are welcome in the 2-room apartments, but be aware that there are no special facilities such as a playground. Unfortunately, the buildings are not adapted for people with mobility disabilities, such as wheelchair users.

For those who need financial support, housing benefits can be applied for all apartments. Please note that the 2-room apartments on the first floor have sloping walls in the bedroom, which is located on the second floor. Heating and water are included in the rent, while electricity is paid directly to the supplier. Antenna and internet expenses are part of the rent.

The deposit for apartments in blocks A to G is three months' net rent. For blocks H, K, and L, the deposit ranges from 6,625 to 11,357 kroner, and there is the possibility to apply for a deposit loan from the municipality for these blocks.
