The kollegiet, located in Amager, offers 38 1-room apartments and 18 2-room apartments. The 2-room homes are particularly interesting as they are designed in two levels with an internal staircase, creating a spacious and unique atmosphere. The kollegiet itself is a low, harmonious building in two levels and was originally built in 1968 but underwent a complete renovation in 1999.
As a resident of Tårnby Kollegiet, you have access to a common room that can be borrowed for festive occasions. Additionally, there is a well-functioning laundry, and in the basement, there are three freezers available, where you can rent an extra drawer. With less than a kilometer to Tårnby Torv, there are good shopping opportunities nearby.
The transport options are also ideal. Students at the University of Copenhagen Amager or the IT University can reach their studies in about 15 minutes by bike. Bella Center station is only a small kilometer away, and from there it takes about 20 minutes to transport to Copenhagen Business School.
The apartments allow pets as long as the rules are followed. You can have one dog or one cat in the 1-room apartments and two cats in the 2-room homes. Children are welcome in the larger apartments, but unfortunately, the homes are not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments in wheelchairs.
