Munkevangen offers various apartments with two, three, or four rooms. The property, built in 1943-44, consists of six floors made of red and yellow bricks with an eternit roof, tiles, and bitumen. The apartments have balconies that are enclosed to reduce traffic noise from the busy road the property faces.

The area around Munkevangen offers several amenities, including Bellahøj swimming pool, Brønshøj Park, and Copenhagen's first sports folk school, all within a short distance. Public transport is easily accessible, making it easy to get around the city.

A comprehensive plan is under development, which will include a major modernization of both the apartments and outdoor areas, but a precise start date has not yet been established. The rentals will be refurbished upon move-in according to applicable regulations. If a tenant resides in the apartment until the start of the renovation, the rental does not need to be refurbished upon move-out, unless there is a breach of contract not covered by the upcoming renovation.

If the rental is terminated before the renovation begins and needs to be re-rented, it must be refurbished in accordance with the same rules as upon move-in. Note that there is no refrigerator and stove included in the rentals. There is an option for partial subletting under the applicable rules, where up to half of the rental can be sublet, but a maximum of one person per living room.
