The Collegiate Farm is a classic Copenhagen dormitory from 1961, located in the heart of Nørrebro. This unique property offers both 1-room and multi-room apartments, where the waiting time is typically over 12 months. The dormitory consists of two wings: a room wing with 169 rooms and an apartment wing with 69 2-room apartments.

The rooms in the room wing are 14 m² and equipped with their own sink. You share kitchen-living areas and bathroom facilities with 12-13 other residents. These small groups, known as 'the kitchens', welcome you as a new resident and form the basis for strong communities and friendships.

After six months at the Collegiate Farm, you have the opportunity to sign up for a 2-room dormitory apartment. These apartments are reserved for internal moves and have a private bathroom, kitchen facilities, and extra storage space. They are ideal if you seek more privacy or wish to live with a partner or friend.

The Collegiate Farm offers many common areas for study, relaxation, and recreation, including a gym, music room, workshop, rooftop terrace, garden area, cozy room, reading room, and party room. All common rooms and initiatives are managed by the residents, allowing you to influence the spaces and activities available.

The events at the Collegiate Farm depend on the composition of the residents, but there is a tradition of several annual parties and communal events. Examples include 'Tour de Cuisine', summer parties, garden days, Christmas coziness, and Thursday bars.

Practical information: Heating and water are included in the rent, while electricity and antenna are paid through the rent. Internet is also included. The deposit corresponds to three months' rent. Please note that the Collegiate Farm is smoke-free, and smoking is not allowed in the apartments or indoor common areas.
