Temporary Rentals in Voldparken
We now offer temporary rentals that must be vacated by December 31, 2025. These rentals are specifically aimed at young people in education and are part of a larger renovation plan aimed at modernizing the apartments and outdoor areas. It is important to note that no relocation assistance is provided when the rental period ends.
All apartments are equipped with their own kitchen, toilet, and bathroom, but no refrigerator and stove are included. The waiting time for these apartments is typically up to six months. Although individuals can apply, priority is given to applicants with children or co-applicants.
Voldparken was built between 1946-48 and consists of buildings with three and seven floors, constructed of yellow bricks with an eternit roof. Each apartment has a balcony, and the area is beautifully located near Utterslev Mose, just eight kilometers from Rådhuspladsen. Originally, the property was designed to meet the needs of families, with facilities such as playgrounds, balconies, spacious apartments, and communal laundry rooms.
During the renovation period, there may be construction noise, primarily during the daytime, which must be tolerated. There will also be construction trailers for workers and other building activities in the area, which may cause disturbances.
It is possible to sublet the rentals in accordance with the applicable rules, which means that one can sublet up to half of the rental, but a maximum of one person per living room.
